The Boss DD-20 Digital Delay offers more User memory and the longest delay of any effect pedal -- up to 23 seconds! Delay time can be quickly set using the push-button knob or via tap tempo. And with a choice of 11 modes -- including new "Smooth" and "Twist" delays and sound-on-sound recording -- this Twin Pedal raises the bar for delay effects.
In addition to three delay time modes, a Delay Time control is furnished, giving you speedy, precise adjustment of delay time continuously within a range of 12.5ms to 800ms.
The DD-6's stereo input makes it possible to achieve true stereo delay and panning effects. It also lets guitarists and bassists connect the stereo output of Boss's BF-3 Flanger right into the DD-6 keeping a true stereo signal path. Enhancements include built-in tap tempo capability and a delay/hold time of up to 5,200ms with sound-on-sound recording. A new Reverse mode makes it easy to get trippy 60's and 70's-style effects, while the newly designed Warp mode creates radical delay effects on the fly.
The RV-5 offers 6 of Boss's best reverbs ever in stereo. This makes it possible to connect after other pedals that feature stereo outputs. New reverbs include convincing spring reverb emulation and a high-quality gate reverb. More spacious reverb sounds can be had using the newly developed Modulate mode. And thanks to its dual inputs, the RV-5 even works for keyboard players.

Synchronizing a dream collection of classic effects has been a hit or miss (mostly miss) process. Now, the rhythmic possibilities are endless. Just tap a tempo to set the groove of your Tube Echoplex to a dotted eighth, let the Obi-Wah throb a quarter note while the Flying Pan undulates a half note triplet. You'll find your ears reelin' in time and your toes doing that poly-rhythmic twitch that can only mean you've created another masterpiece. Ain't life grand?
The Replica utilizes truly amazing circuitry to create the most amazing delay. Unlike other digital units that use a DSP chip to sample at 44.1 kHz, the Replica uses 2 Burr Brown 24-bit converters (1 Analog to Digital; 1 Digital to Analog) to sample at an unprecedented rate of 200 kHz! In order to maintain full dynamics, the signal is routed from the input ADC directly into RAM, where it is manipulated (according to the unit's settings) and then routed directly to the Output DAC. The circuitry is entirely analog, with the exception of the 24-bit converters and RAM. An input pad switch can be engaged (attenuation of -10 dB) for studio use.
